ROADS in Kenilworth are set to be ‘exceptionally’ busy when the Horse Fair comes to town.
Residents and visitors are being warned to avoid the roads on Saturday and Sunday (April 29 and 30).
Safer communities manager Peter Cutts said: “April is usually the busiest of the three Horse Fairs and the volume of traffic means that delays should be expected.
“A traffic management plan will be in place but residents should try and avoid the roads to and from Thickthorn if at all possible.”
