TRAVELLERS have once again set up camp at the park and ride site in Bishopton.
The illegal camp arrived on the Warwickshire County Council owned site at the weekend.
A spokeswoman told the Observer the council was aware of the encampment but could not provide further information “to ensure the local communities and travelling communities are treated fairly”.
But the council’s website said the camp was having a ‘significant local impact’ to site users and officers hoped to visit in the next few days to start the eviction process.
A previous camp disrupted the service in January after being evicted several times from sites around the district.
