Tributes paid to man who died in Wellesbourne car crash

TRIBUTES have been paid to a 28-year-old from Wellesbourne who died in a car crash.

Christopher Aston died on Sunday (October 21) when the car he was driving left the road and hit a tree in Newbold Road, between Wellesbourne and Newbold Pacey, at around 10.30pm.

A 24-year-old passenger, was cut out the car and taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Christopher – known as Chris or Chrisy – has been paid tribute by family and friends on social media and flowers have been left at the scene of the smash.




Mum Paula Aston said: “My darling beautiful baby boy I love you so much RIP my darling until we meet again, always in my heart.”

And Catrina Elizabeth Crowther said: “Such a wonderful, kind man and will always be remembered.”


Tribute was paid by Zena Taylor wrote: “RIP my buddy, going to miss you.”

And Sandra Southwick said: “We shall all miss him so so much, but he will live on in our hearts forever. RIP Chris, your family have you now in heaven.”
