A LITTLE bit of Venice is set to dazzle Leamington.
The town’s Real Tennis Club will host a Venetian masquerade on Saturday May 21 to raise funds for Acorn’s Hospice and Warwickshire Disability.
A reception of prosecco and canapés will kick off the event in Bedford Street followed by a three course meal and live entertainment from The Empire Band.
Organiser and chairman of the tennis club, Henry Byron, said: “Every year the Real Tennis Club hosts a ball and after the success of last Autumn’s charity afternoon tea, which raised more than £5,000 for both charities, we wanted to continue to show our support.
“Tickets are already on sale, and we’re keen to hear from any local businesses wanting to take advantage of sponsorship opportunities to promote their services and support the event to help us boost the funds we raise for these two very deserving charities further.”
Tickets for the ball cost £65 each, available by calling 01926 424977. All proceeds will be shared equally between both causes.
