VOLUNTEERS are needed at Guys Cliffe Walled Garden in Warwick.
Open afternoons are being held for anyone interested in helping out on Saturday April 22 and July 1 between 1pm and 3.30pm.
There are a variety of volunteering roles to suit all abilities and interests and people need only spare a few hours a week.
This could include showing visitors around, helping plant and weed, undertaking building and maintenance work or even helping with social media, publicity and event organising.
The walled kitchen garden was established in the late 18th century and it was part of the Guys Cliffe estate. It passed through many hands until it fell into disuse in the 1980s.
Restoration began in 2014 by a team of volunteers and is now a thriving garden once more growing fruit, vegetables and flowers for the local community.
