THE WARWICK bypass southbound will remained closed for most of the afternoon following an oil spill.
The carriage is completely closed from Junction 15 of the M40 to the A439 while crews resurface and repair the barrier.
Drivers are advised to follow the diversion symbols – taking the M40 northbound at junction 15 and continuing along the M40 and M42 to junction three.
They should then leave the M42 taking the first exit onto the A435 (southbound) and continue along the A435 and then re-join the A46 at Oversley Mill.
