WARWICK district is the most vibrant place in the West Midlands.
Business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP this week published the results of a new index which measures how towns and cities in the West Midlands compare on a range of factors from prosperity to health, wellbeing and happiness to inclusion and equality.
The Vibrant Economy Index aims to provide a measure of both economic and social performance, and found Warwick district the most vibrant place in the West Midlands.
The index – which ranks 324 local authority areas across the country according to their overall ‘vibrancy’ score based on over 50 performance indicators, including fuel poverty, obesity levels, and crime rates – also placed Warwick 28th nationally.
