CONTROVERSIAL plans for 57 new homes on two sites in Warwick are set to be decided next week.
Plans have been submitted for 18 houses in two terraces on the site of the former dairy on Quarry Street, and for 39 flats on land next to Theatre Street and Bowling Green Street.
A number of objections have been received to both application, but Warwick District Council planning committee has been recommended to grant both, subject to conditions, when it meets on Tuesday (May 24).
