IT will be beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Whitnash at the weekend.
The town’s Christmas Lights switch-on takes place at the Plough and Harrow Pub on Sunday (December 1).
The Whitnash Road pub will play host to music, dance, magic, and of course an appearance by Father Christmas, from 4pm to 6pm.
Coun Simon Button said: “Our annual Christmas Lights Switch-On event brings the whole community together to mark the start of the festive season and gives a platform to some of the town’s finest live acts.
“We had a fantastic turnout last year and we are hoping for even more people to come along and join in the fun this time around in our leading community event of the year.
The event is again sponsored by Warwick-based housebuilder AC Lloyd.
