A DRIVER has been found dead in their vehicle after pulling up on the hard shoulder of the M40 near Longbridge.
The death is believed to have been following a medical episode and is not being treated as suspicious.
But police would like to determine what happened before the car pulled up on the hard shoulder between Junction 15 and 16.
Anyone who saw a black Honda Civic travelling down the M40 southbound before 10.30am on Monday January 29 is asked to contact Warwickshire Police citing Incident 109 of 22 January.
