Woman needed hospital treatment after being assaulted at home

A WOMAN needed hospital treatment after she was assaulted at her Wellesbourne home.

The woman arrived at her home on Hastings Road at around 3.45am on Wednesday (October 24) and was assaulted by offenders.

She was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.

Police are appealing witnesses to come forward.




Det Cons Imran Ghouri said: “We’re still trying to piece together exactly what happened and we are keen to speak to anyone with any information that could help with our enquiries.

“We’d like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between 3am-6am or over the last few days.”
