LEAMINGTON have received a bye into the final of the Birmingham Senior Cup with the Brakes to play Tamworth in the showpiece.
The club’s semi-final opponents, Hednesford Town, have withdrawn from the competition to give ‘full attention to the league campaign’.
That means the Brakes will face National League side Tamworth in the final at Walsall’s Bescot Stadium on Thursday, April 30.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm with the Brakes aiming to lift the trophy for the ninth time in their history.
Leamington last won the competition in 2021/22 while Tamworth lifted the trophy last season with a victory against Burton Albion.
