Leamington Editorial 16th Aug, 2018   0

RACING Club Warwick won their first FA Cup game in ten years after a thrilling comeback to down Coleshill Town.

Coleshill, currently two levels above Warwick, raced into a 2-0 lead after the Racers wasted a couple of chances.

However, a fine second half from the Racers sent the 249-strong crowd home happy.

Trea Bertie (2), Marc Passey and Gerard McGahey bagged the goals to secure Warwick the £2,250 prize money and an away trip to Malvern Town in the preliminary round on Saturday, August 25.
