SPA Striders athlete Neil Smith secured an impressive podium finish in the Leamington Spa Half Marathon.
Smith came home third in a time of 1 hour 19 minutes 45 seconds while Laura Peake was the first lady Strider across the line in 1 hr 36 mins 14 secs.
And Elaine Sherwin ran a time of 1 hr 41 mins 53 secs to finish second in her age category, further club results are available at: www.stuweb.co.uk
Elsewhere, Kate Evans ran the Weedon 10k in Northamptonshire, part of the East Midlands Grand Prix series, and completed the race in 56 mins 8 secs.
Also in Northampton, Mark Robbins ran the 10k in 44 mins 59 secs.
Further afield, Gethyn Friswell came home in 43 mins 14 secs after taking on a five-mile hilly trail race near Lampeter in Wales as part of the Red Kite Challenge summer series.
Lastly, Fiona Ferguson, Claire Westrope and Lorraine Parsons travelled to Rutland Water for the Dambuster standard distance triathlon.
And Ferguson was first in her age group in a time of 2 hrs 49 mins 16 secs while Parsons came home in 3 hrs 11 mins 14 secs and Westrope in 3 hrs 27 mins 39 secs.
