THE British Bowls Para Series will take place at Victoria Park in Leamington this weekend.
Bowls England have selected a 24-strong squad to compete in the tournament from Friday, June 27 to Sunday, June 29.
England will face Scotland, Ireland and Wales in the thee-day long event.
Bowls England performance director, Mo Monkton said: “We are delighted that responsibility for the Para Squad now falls under our remit and look forward to leading them in this new chapter.
“Hosting an event of this stature on a home green really gives us an opportunity to celebrate our Para Team and see the best of the best in action from all of the four home nations.
“It is set to be a really great spectacle, and we hope our team follow in the footsteps of our international squads who left Victoria Park in 2024 with gold medals in the international series.
“It is an exciting year for us, with the 2026 Commonwealth Games around the corner and the 2027 World Championships on the horizon.
“The British Bowls Para Series will give those players a great opportunity to put themselves forward for future selection.
“We are very excited about the future of disability bowls in England.”
