CLEARY’S Boxing Gym fighter Joe Bourne has become Midlands champion.
Super-heavyweight Bourne stopped opponent Chadrack Kiyama of Acocks Green in the third round in Tamworth.
The 25-year-old was previously a Team GB powerlifter has competed in Japan.
Bourne will now fight Harrison Dent of Morecambe and District Boxing Academy in the National pre-quarter-finals.
