DANNY Quartermaine secured a second round TKO in his latest fight to extend his unbeaten professional record to 7-0.
The Cleary’s Boxing Gym fighter dominated Sarjit De Guzman Singh Bansal, from Philippines, from start to finish in front of a sell out crowd at Sports Connexion Leisure Club in Ryton-on-Dunsmore.
A powerful left hook from Quartermaine knocked his opponent to the canvas in the second round as the referee waved off the contest with his opponent on unsteady legs.
Quartermaine said: “I Just wanted to thank everyone for supporting me and my amazing journey and I’m really looking forward to my eighth professional bout.”
