A PAIR of boxers from Royal Leamington Spa ABC are competing in the semi-finals of a prestigious competition this weekend.
Boxers Sam Harvey and Isobel Lockley have reached the semi-finals of the England Boxing Development Championships.
And the pair will compete for a place in the final at Arena Sports Kettering on Saturday, October 18.
Harvey, known as the ‘Leamington Lip’, will fight in the 85+kg junior category while Lockley will compete in the 57kg senior category.
The finals take place at the same venue in Kettering on Sunday, October 19.
Past winners of the Development Championships include Tommy Fury, Galal Yafai, Georgia O’Connor and Karriss Artingstall.
