TWENTY-SIX-handicapper Rory Dorgan scattered the field on Saturday when Leamington & County Golf Club staged their 2014 Rabbits Cup.

Victorious Dorgan amassed 49 Stableford points. On the front nine he scored 21 points despite the ‘no return’ on the fourth hole and by the time he faced the back nine he was in fine form and took 38 shots for a further 28 points.

His final total was six better than Keith Jewett (27-handicapper) who returned 43 points and John Butler (19) who collected third place with 40.

The Manor House Trophy was also on offer for handicappers 10-18. Malc Coleman (12) edged out Cliff Gregory (11) on a countback as both players scored 41 points, with Gary Wright (11) occupying third place with 38.
