JAMES Hancocks scored a stunning hat-trick to inspire Racing Club Warwick to a dramatic 4-3 win against Loughborough Students.
Hancocks put the Racers ahead early on before completing his hat-trick after the break at Townsend Meadow.
And Archie Hamp also found the net for Warwick while Sonny Albert scored a brace for Loughborough and Ben Royall netted a late consolation.
The result means the Racers sit seventh in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, four points outside of the play-off places.
Warwick broke the deadlock after just nine minutes when Hancocks lashed a stunning half-volley with the outside of his boot into the top-left corner from the edge of the penalty area.
However, Loughborough equalised on the hour mark when Albert controlled a pass into the box and fired through the legs of Warwick goalkeeper Tom Allsopp.
And the Scholars completed the turnaround seven minutes later as the ball broke kindly to Albert in the box and the forward finished from eight-yards out.
The Racers drew level in style on 72 minutes when Hancocks curled a stunning free-kick into the net via the aid of the post from 25-yards out.
And Hamp put the home side back in front 10 minutes from time with a well-placed header back across goal from close range after Callum Coyle delivered a cross to the back post from the left.
Hancocks completed his hat-trick on 89 minutes when his corner from the right drifted over Loughborough goalkeeper Jude Sadler and directly into the net via the aid of the post.
Students halved the deficit in injury time as Royall curled a free-kick into the bottom left corner from just outside the penalty area.
And the visitors almost levelled the game at the death when Hancocks inadvertently turned the ball towards his own goal as Allsopp made a crucial reaction save.
Racing Club Warwick are next in action against St Neots Town on Saturday, November 29 with kick-off at 3pm at Kester Way.
