LEAMINGTON secured back-to-back wins for just the second time this season with a 2-0 victory against bottom club Warrington Town.
Goals either side of half time from Jack Edwards and Dan Turner helped the Brakes to a comfortable victory at the Your Co-op Community Stadium.
And the result means Leamington sit 15th in the National League North table, 10 points clear of the relegation zone.
Leamington broke the deadlock four minutes before half time when Edwards steered a volley past Warrington goalkeeper Dan Atherton after Turner helped the ball into the scorer’s path.
And the Brakes sealed the points on 73 minutes as Turner fired a shot into the bottom corner on the turn after Wire failed to deal with a long throw.
Leamington are next in action against Farsley Celtic on Saturday, February 15 with kick-off at 3pm at the Your Co-op Community Stadium.
