LEAMINGTON saw their six-game unbeaten run at home come to an end following a 1-0 defeat against play-off chasing King’s Lynn Town.

With the Brakes on course for a point, substitute Fin Barnes won the game for King’s Lynn in injury time at the Your Co-Op Community Stadium.

And the result means Leamington sit 14th in the National League North table with five matches left to play.

The game’s only goal came three minutes into injury time as Barnes placed a first time shot into the left corner of the goal from Gold Omotayo’s lay-off.

Leamington are next in action against Peterborough Sports on Saturday, April 5 with kick-off at 3pm at Lincoln Road.
