LEAMINGTON have added defender Demico Burton to their squad following a successful trial period during pre-season.
The 20-year-old played for Derby County, Aston Villa and Birmingham City as a youngster.
He ended last season at Boldmere St Michaels following spells with Bromsgrove Sporting, Coleshill Town, Lye Town and Rugby Town.
The left-back has been on trial with the Brakes during pre-season and impressed boss Paul Holleran enough to earn a contract for the 2025/26 campaign.
Holleran said: “Demico is a player that has been known to us for a while now.
“He has been playing in the area after being picked up by Derby County, and has had a really good pre season with us, and we’re really looking forward to working with him.
“He’s got lots of potential, lots of raw talent, and we are really looking forward to working with him.”
Burton added: “I am incredibly proud to sign with Leamington, as this opportunity represents a significant step up in my career.
“Joining such a respected club is both an honour and a challenge that I am fully ready to embrace.
“I am excited to contribute my skills and determination to help the team succeed, and I look forward to working alongside my new teammates and coaching staff.”
