LEAMINGTON have added trialist midfielder Hisham Chiha to their squad ahead of the 2025/26 National League North season.
Chiha impressed Brakes boss Paul Holleran during pre-season and has now earned a contract with Leamington ahead of the upcoming campaign.
The 21-year-old spent time in the academies of West Bromwich Albion and Peterborough United.
He later featured for the likes of Coleshill Town and Boldmere St Michaels.
Chiha previously attended Tunisia under-20 training camps and also took part in talent ID sessions run by Chris Knott through the Brakes Community Foundation during the summer.
Holleran said: “We were aware of Hisham from his time at Peterborough and playing locally.
“He came to our talent ID set up and did well at that, and he has been with us throughout pre-season and done really well.
“He has signed National League forms, and we are looking forward to spending more time with Hisham, and seeing how he develops.”
Chiha added: “I’m really happy to be here and looking forward to the season ahead.
“I’m very grateful to the gaffer for giving me an opportunity and I’ve really enjoyed pre-season so far.
“It’s been easy to settle in as it’s a good group of lads here.
“I’m ready to show this season what I am capable of and hopefully it will be a good season for everyone involved at the club.”
