RACING Club Warwick scored an injury-time equaliser to draw 3-3 with Sporting Khalsa on the final day of the season.
Academy graduate Josh Flynn resuced a point for the Racers after early goals from Max McNulty and Callum Coyle put Warwick in command at the Guardian Warehousing Arena.
However, Khalsa produced a fine comeback as James McGrady, Simeon Cobourne and Callum Dolman all struck to turn the game on its head before substitute Flynn netted a last gasp leveller.
The draw means the Racers finish their first season at Step Four for more than two decades in 11th place after an impressive first campaign in the Northern Premier League Midlands.
Warwick broke the deadlock on 14 minutes when McNulty tapped home Andre Williams’ looping header from close range.
And the Racers doubled their lead six minutes later as Coyle collected the ball just inside his own half before racing into the box and producing a clinical finish via the base of the left-hand post when one-on-one with Brandon Ganley.
However, the home side halved the deficit on 29 minutes when McGrady volleyed a cross from the right into the roof of the net from close range.
And Sporting drew level one minute after the break as Cobourne cut in from the left before curling a low shot into the bottom right corner.
Khalsa completed the turnaround five minutes later when Dolman lashed an unstoppable effort into the top left corner from 25-yards out.
However, Warwick snatched a point four minutes into injury time as Flynn turned home Brandon McCartney’s knock down from five-yards out.
