RACING Club Warwick made a winning start to pre-season with an entertaining 3-2 victory against Pershore Town.
The Racers enjoyed the perfect start to their pre-season preparations as Hisham Chiha, Archie Hamp and a trialist all found the net for the Racers at the Community Stadium.
Warwick led though Chiha’s goal on 21 minutes only for the Plums to equalise seven minutes before half time from the penalty spot.
The Racers reclaimed the lead when a trialist found the net just two minutes after the interval.
And Hamp put Warwick two goals ahead on 77 minutes as Pershore grabbed what proved a late consolation goal three minutes from time.
