RACING Club Warwick secured a third successive victory with an emphatic 5-1 win against AFC Rushden and Diamonds.
First-half goals from Louis Monaghan, Archie Hamp, James Hancocks and Max McNulty put the Racers in command at Townsend Meadow.
Rushden responded through Charlie Green on the stroke of half time before Cameron Ebbutt completed the scoring for Warwick after the break.
The result means the Racers sit ninth in the Northern Premier League Midlands table.
Warwick made a stunning start as Monaghan charged down an attempted clearance, which Rushden goalkeeper Ben Heath could only fumble, and finished into an empty net after just 12 seconds.
The Racers doubled their lead on seven minutes when Hamp glanced James Hancocks’ corner from the right into the bottom left corner.
And the hosts struck again on 19 minutes as Hancocks turned home Hamp’s low ball in from the right.
Warwick all but sealed the points two minutes before half time when McNulty headed Hamp’s first time cross from the right into the corner of the net.
The visitors reduced the deficit one minute before the break as Green swept a first time effort into the bottom left corner.
The Racers completed the scoring on 67 minutes when Ebbutt lashed a shot into the net from 20-yards out from McNulty’s pass.
Racing Club Warwick are next in action against Shepshed Dynamo on Saturday, November 23 with kick-off at 3pm at the Dovecote Stadium.
