MAX Ram scored a late winner as Leamington beat high-flying Chorley 1-0 to claim successive home victories.
Ram scored one minute from time at the Your Co-op Community Stadium to inflict a first defeat of the season on Chorley.
The result means Leamington sit 13th in the National League North table.
The game’s only goal came on 89 minutes as Ram crashed a shot into the net following a scramble in the box after Chorley failed to deal with a free-kick.
Leamington are next in action against Southport on Tuesday, September 2 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Your Co-op Community Stadium.
