LEAMINGTON have confirmed young forward Owen Farmer will remain with the club next season.
Farmer joined the Brakes from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January following the departure of Cally Stewart to League One side Shrewsbury Town.
The 20-year-old scored two goals in 22 appearances for Paul Holleran’s side in the National League North last season.
Farmer said: “I’m delighted to have signed for Leamington for another season.
“After such a great few months last season I felt there was no better place for me to continue developing as a player.
“I can’t wait to have a full pre-season with the team and hit the ground running next season to see what we can achieve.”
Holleran addeed: “We are delighted that Owen has decided to continue his journey with us.
“He made the very difficult decision to step away from a contract in academy football last season because he could see the pathway that we have been able to provide other young players in the past.
“I am very much looking forward to working with him again and seeing where he can go in the coming months.”
