KENILWORTH RFC lost 49-7 away at Nuneaton to suffer a 10th straight defeat in the league this season.
A try from Paddy Grace briefly drew the visitors level in the first half before the home side ran away with the contest at Liberty Way.
The result means Kenilworth remain rooted to the bottom of the Regional 1 Midlands table.
Kenilworth kept Nuneaton at bay in the opening 10 minutes before a miscued clearance allowed the home side to score the game’s first try.
However, the away side responded with a try of their own as Grace dotted down close to the posts following a lineout.
Nuneaton pounced on an error to reclaim the lead as the home winger sprinted in from the halfway line to score.
A fine solo try extended the home side’s lead before the break to leave Kenilworth trailing by two converted tries at the interval.
And Nuneaton ran in four further tries after the break to take the game away from the visitors.
Kenilworth are next in action against Stourbridge on Saturday, December 7 with kick-off at 2.15pm at Glasshouse Lane.
