A PLAYER from Racing Club Warwick’s walking football team recently helped England to regional success.

Graham Timms plays as a goalkeeper for Warwick’s over-55s men’s walking football team.

And he again featured for England central over-75s with some of the players over the age of 80-years-old at Evesham United’s Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.

England central won two of their matches 1-0 and 2-0 and drew their other match 0-0 to win the tournament.

The central team beat England south west 1-0 and England south east 2-0.

They also played out a goalless draw with south west and lost 1-0 against south east.

Timms also played three matches for England’ south east team in between matches for his central team and conceded just two goals across the three fixtures.
